SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping toffee is a delicate process and one that we are very experienced with so you can remain confident that your order will arrive fresh and on time. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies before you order:
Shipping Rates
We ship UPS and USPS, depending on the size of the order. For USPS shipped packages we ship in flat rate boxes (as long as it fits, it ships). Shipping with UPS is dependent on weight of the package and location of the delivery destination. Rates are available at checkout and are automatically calculated once your zip code is entered based on the weight of the items n your order. If you are located in the Los Angeles area we may be able to courier delivery free of charge, so please contact us if you are in this general location. Packages are generally not originated on Friday or over the weekend in order to ensure shorter transit times. All orders are shipped with care and packages with materials to protect the integrity of the product.
Local Deliveries
Our Los Angeles facility can messenger your order for same day delivery. Please call them directly for information.
Important Information
Getting your toffee to you fresh is a delicate balancing act. In some cases if we ship to destinations with temperatures in the high 70º’s, we may upgrade your shipping to Express shipping free of charge or may include ice packs in the packaging.
UPS® is our preferred shipping vendor. All of our shipping vendors only deliver on business days, unless Saturday delivery is specified (additional charges apply). Our shipping vendors may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Deliveries to businesses occur between 9am and 5pm and deliveries to residences occur between 9am and 7pm. Please do not indicate a delivery date that is a Saturday or Sunday.
We do not currently ship to locations outside of the United States.
When Will my Order Arrive?
All Orders leave our Los Angeles location within 48-72 hours of processing. If you would like to check the status of your order please do not hesitate to contact us.
RETURN POLICY
Our customers are the most valuable part of our business and we take great pride in ensuring utmost satisfaction with our product. Generally, our return practices are to issue a replacement item of the same value to customers who for some reason or another are unsatisfied with their delivered product. If you are unsatisfied in any way with any of our toffee or coffee products, please contact our customer service department and we will do what we can to make sure that your Truly Toffee and Truly Coffee experience is a pleasant one!
