2. Costa Rica: Famous the world over, this high grown \\”strictly hard bean\\” arabica is noted for its bright, lively flavor, pleasant, tangy aroma and soft sweet aftertaste. 3. Java (select Estate): Java has been a true coffee lovers coffee since the Dutch first planted trees there in 1696. With its full, rich body, nice acid balance and complex, multi-dimensional aroma, it\\’s no wonder why Java is synonymous with coffee. $13.49/lb
4. Ethiopia Yirgacheffe: Grown in the highlands within Sidamo, Yirgacheffe has uniform small, oval beans that are a pleasure to roast. It has the taste of premium coffee at a reasonable price. The brew is mild yet wild, with a fruity, floral flavor and a pleasant, perfume like aroma. $13.99/lb
5. Guatemala: Grown in the high mountains, the volcanic soil lends its distinct, seductive combination of chocolaty sweetness and a lively almost peppery spice. This coffee is medium bodied, with a spicy twist, aromatic and well balanced.$13.49/lb

Papua New Guinea: Out of Indonesia, this romantic coffee is grown from coffee plants transplanted from the famous Jamaican Blue Mountains and thus shares many of the same characteristics of The Jamaican Blue.
